Cibreo? Come vincere facile? Evvabè… al cuore non si comanda. Seduti fuori nelle giornate di sole, dentro se piove e fa freddo. Un salottino accogliente dove in realtà ti vorresti fermare per ore. Dopo la spesa al mercato, prima di rientrare a lavoro. Sempre.

La Ménagère
Quanto non riuscite più a sedervi in quei vecchi bar dal matchy matchy marrone? Lo storico spazio de La Ménagère, il primo negozio di casalinghi fiorentino nato nel 1896, ha ripreso vita come concept-restaurant per raccogliere diverse anime. Un luogo non convenzionale dove si incontrano anche fiori ed accessori per la casa. Un luogo romantico, che vi invita a sedervi.

PIZZA CON GLI AMICI
Pizzaiuolo
Napoletana verace. Qui la pizza è fatta con semplicità, cotta nel forno a legna e usando prodotti di provenienza ovviamente campana. Posticino dove ti senti a casa, uno di quelli che non ti tradisce mai e se hai voglia di pizza ti salta subito in mente.

Berberè
Seconda apertura appena portata a casa per Berberè a Firenze. Prima in San Frediano e ora anche a Santa Croce. Pizza delicata e digeribile. Croccante fuori e morbida dentro. Dai colori vivaci e dall’aspetto pop. Pareti con mattoni a vista e wall painting.

Beppa Fioraia
A far venire l’acquolina in bocca a chi conosce la Beppa basta il nome. Classico ma mai banale. Ordine categorico: Mega Beppa. Un tagliere da condividere in tre – quattro persone fatto da salumi toscani, formaggi, marmellate e coccoli. In tutto accompagnato da un buon rosso e alla fine una cheesecake ai frutti di bosco.

Borgo La Croce
Per tutte le occasioni in realtà. Un locale dove gustare prodotti locali di filiera corta delle loro fattorie. Borgo La Croce porta in tavola la campagna e lo fa con cura. Primi, secondi, taglieri e dolci che cambiano tutti i giorni, insieme a qualche masterpiece sempre sul menù. Un posto dove ci passi davanti, entri e poi non fai altro che tornarci. Pranzo – cena – aperitivo. Con la mamma – il fidanzato – gli amici. A Borgo La Croce ti ci affezioni come ad una casa.

Libreria – bar caffetteria – teatro. Luogo per anime gentili. Basta questo a descrivere questo angolo di Firenze. Ricordo la sorpresa avuta entrando, voglio regalarvi la stessa sensazione.

Per un the o un bicchiere di vino in un posticino nascosto che vi rapirà il cuore. “Una libreria dedicata alle arti contemporanee, uno spazio di pensiero votato al consumo dell’arte e del cibo.” Non ho trovato parole migliori.

COCKTAIL
Rex
Come lo si definisce il Rex? Beh, per me, è di sicuro il luogo dove non ho mai smesso di andare. Atmosfera surreale data dai mosaici, dalla saletta vintage e dal colore rosso. I cocktail più buoni (e belli) di Firenze. Sarà che ci sono affezionata, ma “Il Rex è un’altra cosa”.

The Student Hotel – OOO.
Aperto da pochi mesi e già tra i migliori di Firenze per i cocktail. Il bar dello TSH è figlio della tradizione della Ménagère che in città ha fatto scuola. Salette colorate monocromatiche, Moderat in sottofondo e “un Negroni, grazie”.

Cambiamo atmosfera. Il salotto buono su Ponte Vecchio dove alle pareti ci sono Picasso, Sironi, Rosai e Marino Marini. Appartiene al gruppo della Lungarno Collection di Ferragamo. Una selezione di Negroni, per veri amanti del cocktail, dove Picasso e Cocteau si incontrano a Firenze.

Under the office, next to the house, facing the Arno. This little place has been a fixed stop for a few months. A “little green heart” where to sit to drink freshly made fruit extracts and eat sandwiches or wraps made with homemade bread by Cosimo, the master baker. Favorite: salmon – butter – orange. Here also salads, platters and desserts.

New niche new to try. Location with a European style, products km and stories of those who have traveled the world but stopped in Florence. Son second son of Lo Sverso, here you can eat both for lunch and dinner. A kitchen all pink, a loggia with tables kissed by the sun.

La Ménagère
How long can you no longer sit in those old matchy brown matchy bars? The historic space of La Ménagère, the first Florentine home store created in 1896, has revived as a concept-restaurant to collect different souls. An unconventional place where flowers and home accessories can also be found. A romantic place that invites you to sit down.

Neapolitan true. Here the pizza is made simply, cooked in a wood oven and using products of course from Campania. Niche where you feel at home, one of those who never betrays you and if you want pizza immediately jumps to mind.

Beppa Fioraia
To make those who know Beppa know the name is enough. Classic but never banal. Categorical order: Mega Beppa. A cutting board to be shared in three to four people made from Tuscan salami, cheeses, jams and cuddles. All accompanied by a good red and at the end a wild berry cheesecake.

Borgo La Croce
For all occasions in reality. A place to enjoy local products of short supply chain of their farms. Borgo La Croce brings the countryside to the table and does it with care. First, second courses, platters and desserts that change every day, along with some masterpieces always on the menu. A place where you walk in front of you, come in and then do nothing but come back. Lunch – dinner – aperitif. With mum – the boyfriend – friends. In Borgo La Croce you feel like a house.

Library – café bar – theater. Place for kind souls. This is enough to describe this corner of Florence. I remember the surprise I had on entering, I want to give you the same feeling.

For a tea or a glass of wine in a hidden little place that will steal your heart. “A library dedicated to contemporary arts, a space of thought devoted to the consumption of art and food.” I have not found better words.

Rex
How is the Rex defined? Well, for me, it’s certainly the place where I’ve never stopped going. Surreal atmosphere given by the mosaics, the vintage room and the red color. The best (and beautiful) cocktails in Florence. It will be that we are fond of it, but “The Rex is another thing”.

The Student Hotel – OOO.
Open a few months ago and already among the best in Florence for cocktails. The TSH bar is a child of the tradition of the Ménagère that has made school in the city. Monochromatic colored rooms, Moderat in the background and “a Negroni, thank you”.
