The Student Hotel a Firenze è in Via Spartaco Lavagnini, zona Stazione di Santa Maria Novella e Fortezza da Basso. Più di 390 stanze, co-working, sale riunioni, area studio, sala giochi, noleggio biciclette, palestra, ristoranti, concept store, auditorium, bar e piscina sul tetto.

Design moderno, divertente e colorato. Altalene, opere di street art e vinili. Piscina rooftop, videogiochi anni ’90 e un pianoforte. Un mix che in città mancava e che nel 2020 dovrebbe raddoppiare nella zona di Firenze Belfiore.

Sono molti i nomi che hanno contribuito alla sua realizzazione insieme al team di TSH: in primis l’azienda Rizoma Architecture di Bologna ma anche lo studio Archea di Firenze, la zona ristorante, invece, vede la collaborazione con i fondatori de La Menagere. Alcune pareti dell’hotel portano la firma dello street artist Blek le rat, di cui i topolini sono tanto amati anche da Banksy.

Prossime aperture? Questo 2018 vedrà l’apertura anche dell’hotel di Dresda, mentre il 2019 sarà l’anno di Bologna, Madrid, Berlino e Delft.

Anche chi non soggiorna nell’hotel può accedere ad alcuni dei suoi servizi come bere un cocktail presso lo SkyBar con vista panoramica su Santa Maria del Fiore, prendersi una pausa dall’ufficio nella caffetteria all’ingresso, ascoltare e acquistare vinili oppure fare shopping nel concept store… e perché no, provare le altalene.

Modern, fun and colorful design. Swings, works of street art and vinyls. Rooftop pool, 90s video games and a piano. A mix that was lacking in the city and that in 2020 should double in the Florence Belfiore area.
